This blog was created to share some of my favorite and/or new recipes. The food is not necessarily all mexican, but since I do miss mexican food a lot I will be trying to recreate some of my fav dishes. Most recipes are adaptations of something found online, or just my "throw-stuff-together" kinda cooking. Measuring stuff is not my strong point, so feel free to guesstimate.

I love your page. I'm so nosy, I'd love an update. I'm relearning how to cook, after an illness, and it is such a positive thing for me! Your recipes are delicious and affordable.
